First things first, make sure to file your Xpeditor claim online.
Now, please print the confirmation page where your case number is displayed. To retrieve the case number later if necessary, check your Gloomis.com profile page.
Now that the claim is filed, you're ready to mail the logo portion of your rod to us.
We suggest packing the trimmed portion of your rod in a padded envelope. We also recommend not using stamps to mail your rod portion. Instead, utilize a shipping option that provides tracking information and insurance to mitigate issues with lost packages.
Please enclose your case number, otherwise we won't know it's your rod.

Once we receive your rod, we will allocate inventory for your claim. When stock is available, a payment link will be emailed to you.
After 48-72 hours of payment being on file the rod will ship out to you
